
I love peanut butter. It is delicious with jelly, chocolate….and bananas! Pancakes with peanut butter and bananas was a must try. The first day we just had them with a little extra pb on top and a few slices of bananas. The next day, we went all out with nutella syrup.

Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes
1 Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp of Salt
1 1/2 Cups of Milk
3Tbps Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cups Peanut Butter
1 Mashed Banana
**Mix all ingredeints except banana until incorporated. Then mix in banana. Cook on hot electric skillet by spooning 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet. Flip after 1-2 minutes then cook another 1-2 minutes on other side.**
Nutella Syrup
(I cut recipe in half…original recipe makes more)
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/8 Cup Nutella
**Combine butter, sugar, and milk in sauce pan over medium heat. When mixture start to boil reduce heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla. Remove from heat and stir in nutella until melted. Serve over hot pancakes.**
The girls thought they were pretty darn good. Of course, they preferred them with nutella syrup…who wouldn’t!
