I’ve had this palette for forever!!! For some reason I just don’t reach for it very much. Today I pulled it out from the back drawer and I’m going to make it happen.
I am so, so, so excited to share this video with you guys.
Today I’m doing a swap with the super adorable Lexi from BlondeMakeupChick. She is literally stinkin’ cute. Her accent is so southern and her style is perfect! So make sure to go check out her channel and see the look she created with the products I picked up for her!
Lexi, Thanks so much for doing this with me!
Ok, so I know this is probably a lot of purple for some people.. and honestly I would probably pair the eye with a neutral lip of the lip with a neutral eye.
But for the sake of a much needed creative makeup play day….I;m putting it all on!
Have you seen these around yet???
They just hit our CVS, so I couldn’t wait to see what they were all about….
I am so excited to share some fun news with you guys.
Starting in July I will be collabing with so awesome beauty youtubers on a new channel called xobeautyco.
I hope you guys will all check it out and subscribe to see some awesome videos!
Do you have an old canvas painting??? Need a fun, easy art project???
Here’s what you’ll need.
First, paint different colored stripes on the canvas to match the look you want. This doesn’t have to be perfect at all. In fact, the messier the better.
After you’ve covered the entire picture. Use painters tape to make a design. I chose a pretty easy pattern, but you can do anything you’d like.
(sorry I already started to paint over it before I took a pic)
Next, spray paint all over the painting with a different color.
Then, let it dry completely and carefully pull of painters tape.
As you can see, I did have a few spots that pulled the paint completely off when I removed the tape. No problem, just get a small paint brush and slap a bitt more paint on to make it match the best you can.
And…..here’s how it turned out! Not to bad for my first try.
The possibilities are endless. I can’t wait to try a few more!
