I love brownies and I love chocolate chip cookies (and dough), and sometimes….I just can’t decide. So, why not just have them both!!! YUM!
The brownie recipe is a little bit drier than I like, so if you have a recipe you love, I’d suggest using it instead. But this frosting…..it’s a keeper. I can see this being great on a cupcake, as a filling in a cake or cupcake or even in a bowl with a spoon 🙂
(*** hint,…if your brownies are drier than you want…pop them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds**)
