Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Toffee Pecan Cookies

I love single serve deserts. They’re fresh, warm, and keeps me from going back to the cookie jar a million times a day (and night). So, with somewhat cooler weather, I wanted to make something with toasted pecans. It just sounded yummy. So I found a recipe for chocolate chip toffee cookies, added toasted pecans and cut the recipe down quite a bit to only make enough batter dough for 3 deep dishes.

Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Toffee Pecan Cookies

1 1/3 cups of Flour

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 Cup o1f Butter (1 Stick)

1/3 Cup Sugar

1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

1 small Egg (or not quite all of  large one)

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips

1/3 Cup Toffee Bits

1/3 Cup Toasted Pecans

**Preheat oven to 375. Spray 3 ramekins with non stick spray. Blend butter and sugars together until creamy, then add in egg and vanilla. gradually add flour, powder and soda. Stir in chips, bits, and pecans. Divide into ramekins (should be about 1/3 cup mixture in each) Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.**
